21 Day Fix - Day 16

Supportive Husband Guy had to prep for a business trip today. Thankfully we were able to all go to church together and share lunch before he had to leave. I'm super proud of him for how he was prepping for this trip being so close to the end of our 21 Day Fix.

He asked for a copy of the menu so he could pack healthy foods to try and stay on the plan while he was away. So with menu in hand we went to the grocery store and picked up things like apples, peanut butter, cottage cheese, whole grain bread, sliced chicken breast, carrots, hummus and various other good foods for him to take. This should allow him to prep his own healthy breakfasts, snacks and simple dinner without having to go out to eat every day while he is away.

I also armed him with the log-on information to access Beachbody On Demand. This allows him to have streaming access to a whole library of workouts without having to take any of our DVDs with him on trips. I'm excited to use Beachbody On Demand to pick a new program when we are done with the 21 Day Fix. Because it isn't just random workouts that are available on BOD. Its the entire program which includes the fitness guide, the workout calendar and the nutrition guide that you would receive if you purchased the DVD version of the programs. I'm eyeing up Insanity Asylum but we'll see what I settle on in a week.
